My background spans multiple industries and includes extensive experience in employee relations and workplace investigations. I’m committed to neutrality, transparency, and a people‑centered approach. I hold a Healthcare Management degree from the University of Minnesota and created Freebird HR Consulting to help organizations move forward with confidence — bringing structure to uncertainty, calm to conflict, and clarity to situations where the path isn’t always obvious.
